Goal ***Fit in 2014***

Getting fit in 2014 is one of my priority goals for the year. While I was on the treadmill today, I decided I would post daily completed exercise as a way of holding myself accountable for my progress.  Not sure how it will be displayed but going to make an effort to share this information and enhance my progress.  Thanks for sharing in the journey.  While catching up on emails and looking at my favorite blog spots over the weekend I came across this one which is great motivation and got me to the gym: Donna Downey half marathon I am not sure why I have not watched it before but guessing the re motivation worked.  Thanks Donna!
